Directions from Oswego: From the intersection of State Route 71 and Plainfield Rd. in Oswego, go South one block on Plainfield Rd. and then turn right on Grove Road. Go 5 miles to IL-126 and turn right. Go .3 mile and turn left on Grove Rd. Go 2.4 miles to property.

Directions from Yorkville: Go  South on IL-47 to IL-126. Turn left onto IL-126 and go 5.4 miles to Grove Rd. Turn right on Grove Road. Go 2.4 miles to property.

Terms of Sale:  A $50,000 earnest money deposit in the form of a cashier’s check will be required on day of sale, and the balance will be due in cash or guaranteed funds at closing on or before May 8, 2006.  Title will be conveyed by warranty deed subject to all restrictions, reservations, easements of record, and zoning laws, but free of encumbrance except for taxes for 2005 and subsequent.  Sellers will furnish a guaranty title policy in the amount of the purchase price. Taxes will be prorated to date of closing. Possession will be 45 days after closing. The successful bidder will enter into a contract of sale at the auction sale. The contract will not be contingent upon financing. A copy of the sales contract will be posted on the premises for review before the auction sale.
